Cloud Driver Limousine Service is committed to delivering premium, reliable, and professional transportation experiences. The following policies govern all reservations and services provided by Cloud Driver.
1. Booking and Payment Terms
1.1 Advance Reservations (More Than 7 Days Prior to Service)
• A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the scheduled service.
• Once within 7 days of the service date, all payments are non-refundable.
1.2 Short-Notice Reservations (7 Days or Less Prior to Service)
• Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
• These bookings are non-refundable.
1.3 Cloud Driver Cancellation Policy
In the event Cloud Driver is unable to fulfill a confirmed reservation:
• A 100% refund will be issued to the customer.
• An additional 20% credit will be provided toward a future booking.
2. Gratuity and Incident Charges
2.1 Gratuity
• For parties of five (5) or more passengers, a 20% gratuity will be automatically added to the invoice.
2.2 Cleaning Fee
• A $300.00 charge will apply if a passenger vomits or causes excessive mess in the vehicle.
2.3 Smoking and Alcohol
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Cloud Driver vehicles.
• Alcoholic beverages are permitted, but not in the front seat.
3. Travel Conditions and Liability
3.1 Travel Time Considerations
Customers are advised to book with sufficient time to accommodate potential delays due to:
• Road closures
• Traffic congestion
• Accidents
• Weather conditions
Cloud Driver is not liable for delays caused by such external factors.
3.2 Airport Pickup Limitations
Cloud Driver does not provide SUV rental, airport pickups only.
4. Waiting Time Policy
4.1 Airport Pickups
• Cloud Driver will wait up to 45 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
• After 45 minutes, additional waiting charges will apply.
4.2 Single-Location Pickups (Home, Restaurant, Stadium, etc.)
• Cloud Driver will wait up to 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
• After 20 minutes, additional waiting charges will apply.
Cloud Driver welcomes advance reservations for all luxury transportation services. To ensure fairness, availability, and premium service, the following terms apply to all advance bookings.

• Customers may book up to 12 months in advance for any service.
• Availability is confirmed at the time of booking and secured once payment requirements are met.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds are based on how far in advance the cancellation is made:

Note: Refunds apply only to bookings made more than 7 days in advance. Short‑notice bookings (within 7 days) are non‑refundable.
Cloud Driver Cancellations
If Cloud Driver cannot fulfill a confirmed booking:
• The customer receives a 100% refund, and
• A 20% credit toward a future booking.
4. Additional Notes
• All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
• Credits issued by Cloud Driver are valid for 12 months.
• Any changes to reservations are subject to availability and may affect pricing.
