Please note:
1. For 5 or more riders, a 20% gratuity will automatically billed.
2. If a rider trew-up or makes a mess in the vehicle, there will be a $300.00 charge.
3. No smoking is allowed.
4. Alcoholic beverages are allowed. (not in front seat)
5. Customers should booked ample time, because of road closures, heavy traffic and accidents. Cloud driver is not responsible for any of these issues. No SUV rental Airport pickups
Cloud Driver will wait 45 minutes from the pick up time, afterwards they will be a charge All single rides pickup from home, restaurant/ stadium/etc. Etc.
Cloud Driver will wait for 20 minutes, for longer waiting time, there will be a charge I think you can create a policy tab and put in all of these, so we don't get into trouble.
